You guarantee that your submissions are your own original work and do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights, copyrights, or open-source licenses. Malicious code, malware, or plagiarized work will result in immediate termination of your account.
ITJobsPakistan acts as a venue connecting candidates with potential employers. We do not guarantee employment, response rates, or the accuracy of third-party job listings.
Participation in our internal programs, freelance initiatives, or internships is subject to separate milestone agreements. Payouts for approved templates are subject to quality review and our standard verification procedures.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ITJobsPakistan shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the site, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, employment disputes, or platform downtime.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent behavior.
